- Install the SIM card correctly (image below is CORRECT orientation). Metal contacts should be facing DOWN, with the notched edge of the card toward the RIGHT.
- Correctly configure the APN for a GSM (HE-910) modem.
- Check the signal strength. Attach or reorient cellular antenna to improve the signal.
