To access log files that can be used for troubleshooting various problems, follow the steps below:
- From the main menu on the 'user' MMI, select option 2, for Directory Services
- From this menu, you can access a number of different log files, which are described below:
- Zombie.log (Option 9)
- Problem.txt (Option 19)
- ModemLog.txt (Option 20)
